GLBTT Health Promotion Coalition

The GLBTT Health Promotion Coalition was established by several community health organizations to remind people to practice safer sex. They wanted the ads to be visible, memorable and interesting.

The Work:

  • 2006 Pride Guide Ad - Stop, Drop and Roll
  • Swerve Magazine Ad - Play Safe Winnipeg

Due to the visual impact and lasting impression of these advertisements, Blindside Creative and Oya Creative were contracted to develop the campaign for 2006/07. The "Get It On" series was developed to use sharp headlines and creative imagery to draw the readers attention and deliver the message of practicing safer sex in a fun, and visually interesting way.

The ads drive readers to a simple web page with links to more information on sexual health. www.getiton.ca
